CRC Shadowing & Training

Structured shadowing and training for recent graduates and current Prolato staff pursuing a clinical research coordinator career — scheduled individually, not as a fixed cohort.

Program Overview

This track is for people already set on clinical research as a career — whether you're a recent graduate exploring the coordinator role, or a current Prolato employee developing toward one. Rather than a fixed cohort, this program is scheduled individually so training pace matches where you're starting from.

Responsibilities

  • Shadow clinical research coordinators directly across active studies
  • Complete Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training — the certification standard for coordinator-level work
  • Follow an individualized, defined path toward a coordinator position, paced to where you're starting from
  • Build working relationships with physicians, sponsors, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Some clinical research experience is helpful, but not required
  • Ability to understand basic clinical research terminology

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on shadowing time with practicing clinical research coordinators
  • GCP certification, recognized across the clinical research field
  • A clear, individualized path toward a coordinator position
  • Direct relationships with physicians and sponsors
  • Real exposure to how a working research site runs day to day
  • A stronger foundation in clinical trial terminology and processes
  • A reference point for future clinical research or healthcare roles
